Is it authentic? 

Each and every item has been thoroughly checked over by our team and has been certified by two separate third party authenticator; Entrupy, and Authenticate First. Here at The Guilty Woman we pride ourselves on delivering only authentic luxury goods and still keeping to our outlet prices. We are constantly educating ourselves on new styles and doing our part to combat counterfeiters.  

 

How do you know?

When authenticating an item we look at a number of things some including but not limited to: Stitching, material, hardware, construction of overall bag, and of course date codes and authenticity numbers. Often vintage bags won't come with authenticity numbers, and some authentic bags can have fake authenticity cards so we look at every detail when authenticating.

 What does Preloved mean?

Preloved is the same meaning as secondhand. These are bags that have been curated, examined, conditioned, and whatever else it may need to be ready for it's new home. It's important to remember when shopping preloved, that none of the preloved items will be in 100% perfect condition unless stated. Why don't you show date codes? 

Due to the rise of counterfeiters we do not post any photos of authenticity numbers or date codes. This is our way to combat the sale of counterfeit goods. Counterfeiters are getting smarter and it is our job to be vigilant. How do I make a return

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once a return label is emailed to you, kindly pack all the items in the same packaging it came in. Please allow up to 10 days for refund of payment.

 

How do I know my bag is authentic All of our leather goods are guaranteed authentic. Each bag comes with necessary authenticity codes/and holograms so you can shop with ease.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, and Italy. International shipping list to be expanded. 

How does next day delivery work?  If ordered before 10pm. Choose next day delivery at checkout.

How do I use promotional code? 

  • Enter your promo code at checkout in the “discount code” box.

  • Hit “apply”

  • If your code has been applied your savings will appear slashed out.

  • If you see red text saying “Invalid coupon code” check out our promo troubleshooting steps below.


My promo code isn’t working? 

Most of our codes are single use please check the codes terms to make sure it isn’t a single use code.

  • Make sure to check the expiration date it will be in the email the code came in.

  • Make sure codes are in capitals and no spaces.

  • You can’t use two different codes at once

How can I pay for my order? We accept:

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.


How do I know you received my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive to your inbox- Don’t worry we got it! 


Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?  Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@theguiltywoman.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please, contact us.


Can I make changes to my order(Address, etc.)?  Yes, just email us soon as you notice an error. info@theguiltywoman.com


How do I cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at info@theguiltywoman.com with your name and order number. 

 

What do I do if I receive a wrong or faulty order? We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I make a return?’ section and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.


Can I exchange an item? We accept exchanges at equal or lower price. You will be redeemed for remainder balance.


Where is my order? Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Your tracking number will be in the same email with your order confirmation.
